We carefully review the client’s tech pack, design sketches, and specifications. This includes measurements, fabric choices, trims, and construction details.
Based on the client’s requirements, we source suitable fabrics, accessories, and trims. Alternative options are also proposed to meet cost and quality expectations.
Our experienced pattern makers transform the design into patterns and create the first samples, ensuring accurate fit, silhouette, and style execution.
The sample is sent to the client for feedback. Adjustments are made according to fitting results and comments to ensure alignment with brand standards.
After final sample approval, we proceed with bulk fabric booking, accessories procurement, and detailed production planning.
Garments are produced in our factories in China and Vietnam. Each step follows strict quality standards, from cutting and sewing to finishing.
Dedicated QC teams monitor every stage of production. Final inspection is carried out according to AQL international standards before shipment.
Products are packed according to client requirements, supporting bulk shipment, flat pack, or hanger packing. We coordinate logistics to ensure on-time delivery worldwide.

Our standard MOQ is flexible, typically starting from 100–200 pieces per style, depending on fabric and design complexity. For customized styles or special fabrics, the MOQ may be slightly higher.
Yes. We provide OEM production based on your tech packs and ODM services with our own design team, offering fabric sourcing, pattern making, sampling, and private labeling.
Sample development: 7–14 days depending on style complexity.
Bulk production: 30–45 days after sample approval and material confirmation.
Urgent orders can be handled with priority.
Yes. We conduct strict QC inspections at each stage—fabric inspection, in-line production checks, and final random inspections—ensuring all garments meet international standards.
We usually work with T/T wire transfer: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. For long-term clients, flexible payment terms can be discussed.
Yes. We provide logistics support and full export documentation (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.), and can arrange shipping by sea, air, or courier depending on your requirements.
